2012 Bangladesh Bank Mymensingh was established with a view to ensure
supervision/monitoring the banking activities and rendering door to door
banking services for socio-economic development of greater Mymensingh-
consist of the six districts (Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Netrakona, Tangail,
Jamalpur, and Sherpur). All the activities of the office are done under the
direct supervision of the General Manager.
To supervise/inspect and monitor the
activities of Commercial Banks (State-owned Commercial Banks (SCBs), Private
Commercial Banks (PCBs), Specialized Banks (SBs) & Financial
Institutions.
